Adam Wills, LISW-S

he/him/his

I’m committed to providing my full attention and support in helping people work toward positive changes that align with their own values and goals. I utilize interventions including mindfulness-based and compassion-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and EMDR to help people access their own ability to heal, grow, and progress through life’s challenging moments.

I have been working as a therapist since 2009 and have served in a variety of settings, from rural Southeast Ohio to downtown Chicago. I approach my clients with respect and humility, serving people of all cultural, social, spiritual, race, sexual, and gender identities, and I intentionally continue in my own learning and growth in these areas.
